A lot of fun and lots of people to see during Community Appreciation Day at the Olympic Training Center. Bryan stopped by to check it out. Take a look at what he found at our gallery.

A large continuous crowd explored the grounds of the Olympic Training Center on Saturday, June 26, 2010 watching Olympic sports demonstrations and meeting several Olympic athletes. Weekends get busy

The weekends can get very busy for the photo staff. Here is a small sampling of the events we went to this weekend. From the Colorado Springs All City High School Step Show and Dance Competition, the Colorado Springs Classic Criterium, the Glenn Peterson Track Invitational , Divide Mayoral Inauguration to the ISU Synchronized Skating Championships.

Even though he was already elected as mayor of Divide, Spright, was still handing out kisses. The three-legged pitbull mix rescue dog, greeted just about everyone who came to his mayoral inauguration on Sunday, April 11, 2010. He was giving a big kiss to Roni Gordon, who campaigned for him. After winning the US National Figure Skating Championships, local skater Rachael Flatt was honored by her classmates and teachers at a school assembly. Flatt will compete at the Vancouver Olympic Games next month. So be sure to stay tuned  to see how she does.
